These kids are getting out of control! Running around the streets with blankets pretending like they're capes, taking neighborhood animals and chasing them with silly string, and pole vaulting over their neighbors fences are only a few things I've witnessed since I've been down here for the summer! We need more rules and parents! Pay attention!
