Who is in charge of the noise ordinances in this county? There was a mini-rave in a garage in my apartment complex April 21 and I am utterly sick of it! The children blast their techno music and, although they're having fun, they're endangering wildlife! These animals need a place to grow and live! Obey the 10 p.m. sound ordinance or I will be forced to take matters into my own hands!
