Stone Harbor

I have read a few spouts complaining about how many police officers are patrolling our streets during the summer. Maybe if there were a 10 p.m. curfew enforced for the teens under 18, they wouldn't need as many patrolling the streets. The kids are the ones running around making disturbances after 10 p.m. The families and most adults are off the streets by then. They should also have the shops close at 10 p.m. Twelve to 13 hours a day gives the merchants a reasonable amount of time to make money. I have noticed that whichever shops stay open past 10 p.m. are where the teens gather.
