Lower Township officials should be ashamed of themselves for the poor street conditions in Villas. It's bad enough that huge piles of leaves sit for months, but the snow removal is pitiful. Other than Bayshore Road, every residential street I drive or walk on is covered with packed snow and ice as of Feb. 21.
