To the person talking about the Lower Township taxes and moving to Delaware: I'm with you, but I have seen the big difference in Delaware the last 10 years. The amount of out-of-state people who have moved there because of the taxes is outrageous. Now, Delaware is being overbuilt, with 55-plus communities being built all over, and all the main roads are a nightmare all year-round, not just in the summer months. There are long lines to get into the main thoroughfares. Not only that, I've noticed there has been a big jump in crime and drug problems. I've changed my mind on moving to Delaware.
