Regarding all the talk about Cox Hall Creek being perfect for bicycling, walking and birding: What a disgrace the tracks are. They're a complete mess all the time. You can't bike or walk without seeing roots breaking through the walkway, and tree limbs all over blocking paths. I have fallen once already on tree roots. This is not because of winter. This has been like this for a long time. Why hasn't NJDEP cleaned this mess up?
