The pack of 15 to 25 kids on Mowery Ave. in the Villas are still, every day, causing problems, blocking traffic, screaming foul words as loud as they can, throwing trash and breaking bottles in the street. Then they go right to Mulligan Field in the Villas to trash that place too. This issue needs to be addressed.
