There is no such thing as Obamacare, except in the mind of pre-candidate Barack Obama. It would have cost us each about 80 percent of what a good plan used to cost. Obama was trying to compromise with Congressmen and lobbyists who would start crying "socialist" if we got a single-payer system, and their big-money buddies would not be able to allow the world's most expensive medical system to continue. By calling it Obamacare, the media is playing right into the hands of the Republicans who do not want Obama to have any positive legacy. Let's just say Affordable Care Act.
