Has anyone seen what it costs to keep a woman and four children on welfare? I read that it costs $65,000, with housing, food, healthcare and free cell phone. That's more than my wife and I make combined. Now they can move to a new home in Rio Grande with a new kitchen, new carpet and a nice patio or deck. What incentive do they have to work?
