Why is anybody surprised at the academic scandal at University of North Carolina, with athletes passing imaginary classes, when the same thing goes on routinely in the high schools, with athletes passing classes with minimal work, and given a slap on the wrist for disciplinary problems, while non-athletes get school suspensions? Could it be many administrators are former coaches?
