The only glimmer of hope that I have for the millennial generation is that they don't sound a whole lot more indolent, self-centered, self-indulgent and immature than many of my contemporaries did in the 70s, but neither most of my generation nor most millennials seem to have the character and courage that my parents from the "greatest generation" had. It is not too late for the millennials to decide to grow up, but lots of my contemporaries have missed the train. I blame us, my generation, for raising such irresponsible, spoiled children.
