The Stone Harbor spouter who whined about getting tickets for illegal window tint is a sad image of America today. The law has no obligation to warn anyone. The tint was illegal, period. As for officers with illegal tint on their cars, they are dead wrong and deserve tickets, but whining that they got away with it sounds like something you would hear in grammar school, "he got away with it, why can't I?" All the spouter has to do is accept responsibility, pay the ticket, scrape the tint and move on with life. Don't worry about what someone else does.
