Lower Township continues to conduct their public business as if they were still in the 1930's, without regard for the taxpayer and hardships of it's people. Many common courtesies are out the window at these "so called" council meetings and politics rein supreme. My advice; fix the roads and drains, patrol the neighborhoods, equip the police and fire departments, and if there is anything leftover, consider improving the police facilities.
