Another tragedy occurred in Israel, where an American couple with dual citizenship brought their infant daughter there, only to be a victim of an attack. Previous spouts questioned this business of dual citizenship, but were never answered. Is any American also eligible to be a citizen of two countries, and how do you get it, because taxes are lower overseas.
