The Parkway, AC Expressway and the NJ Turnpike should be made toll-free and operated by the NJDOT. Getting rid of the tolls would help safety and improve traffic flow. Toll collection related expenses would disappear with the tolls. It makes more sense to have those highways run under the DOT, which could maintain the highways for less.
