I was waiting for a table in a restaurant and there was a bowl of mints on the hostess stand. As certain people left, they took giant handfuls of mints! I commented to the hostess about it, and she said that they've had people empty the entire bowl into their coat pockets before. I couldn't believe it. I don't like thinking I live among people who are that rude. Are you really that hard up that you have to steal candy? Rethink your priorities, people.
