When are Lower Township residents going to realize that the Lower MUA can't continue to function as is? The board members have created and allowed superiors to create whatever rules and regulations they chose to abide by for the situation presented. In the last five years, the office staff has been eliminated, water readings outsourced, lawsuits filed and settled; how much longer can this go on? The best decision is to dissolve the MUA!
