The spout about a right-of-way being confiscated by a property owner on Beach Drive is more of the same old thing in this township. What about property lines on Shore Drive that are in the street, and therefore property owners are unable to park in front of their homes? The streets in Town Bank are narrow and do not have the proper cartway for vehicular travel. The telephone poles, road signs etc., are in the street, not in the right-of-way. Ask the councilman from Ward two what the problem is.
