Standard & Poor's downgraded New Jersey's bond rating for the eighth time Sept. 10 and that same bond rating was downgraded Sept. 5 for the seventh time. Imagine, two downgrades in one week. This is unprecedented in New Jersey history. It is time to consider impeachment of Governor Christie for neglect of duty for being out of state more than in New Jersey and also for fiscal incompetence. Does anyone in their right mind think this guy can be elected president?
