While walking on Jackson Street, I have noticed different cars parked at "Resident Only" parking spots. Some days, out of state tags, and other days, in state tags. How can the city allow this to happen? These people are breaking the law and should be fined. Can't our additional summer police, who ticket people at expired meters, also enforce the law on these people violating the law? Better yet, take this whole system away and make it fair for all to park at these valuable parking spots.
