It is a major contradiction for the Borough of Stone Harbor to bring back the Festival of Lights and the boat parade, when it is dragging its feet on dredging the back bay area and basins. "Dredging Now" is paramount for the future of the festival, as well as for the safety and recreation of the back bay area!
