Regarding the Upper Township Fire District 4, Seaville's Commissioners meeting: It's hard to tell when the actual meeting is since the meeting dates on their website are from 2013 and have not been updated, and there have not been any public notices in the newspapers advertising the meeting time, date or location. Doesn't NJ's Sunshine Law require them to advertise the meetings in the local newspapers?
