I hope the reorganization meeting in Jan. 2015 brings in a new manager. A manager who comes out of the political ranks is a bad choice to run everyday affairs. Once a politician, always a politician! What Lower needs is a person who does't want to project a persona, but rather a calm, quiet demeanor of the everyday task at hand. There are numerous problems that are not being addressed that will impact the taxpayers in the future.
