If you are working in a building, you do not have to pay the meters. You can double park in the end spot, while the meter men walk by. Yet they force UPS to move and ignore illegal parking in the 95th Street lot by Ace. I guess they never look at the 96th Street spots because they are filled with the scam handicap placards. Not wanting to pay for your parking is not a handicap.
