One has to ask why a certain bed and breakfast on Columbia is not required to have safe sidewalks around their building? The sidewalk and the back of the property are a real hazard to anyone walking. People walk in the street to avoid the sidewalk. Where is the city on this? Others have been required to repair sidewalks. Why not this property? I am sure their insurance company would not be happy with the risk caused by these sidewalks.
