I cannot fathom what would possess Prosecutor Taylor to continue his relentless attack on former Mayor DeMarzo. The charges for official misconduct over a $350 legal bill have been dismissed five times and just last month, an appeals court upheld the decision to dismiss and found that Taylor's office misled investigators. Now Prosecutor Taylor petitions the NJ Supreme Court to hear the case. This is a complete waste of taxpayer money, not to mention absolutely fruitless as DeMarzo has been out of elected service for years now.
