I drive down Pacific Ave. in Wildwood at different times of day throughout the week. No matter what time, day or night, there are few, if any, pedestrians and enough empty parking spaces to question if parking is legal on the street. If I was a merchant paying a special tax assessment to the Business Improvement District, I'd want my money back. How has the BID earned their money by improving business on that street? What have they accomplished? Time to change the street signs again.
