Prior to the 2006/2007 North Wildwood property reassessment, my property taxes were stable and didn't change much year to year. Since the reassessment, not only did my property taxes increase 76 percent right after the reassessment, but they keep increasing each year. The winter population has remained basically the same. What I do see are more of our expensive city vehicles, especially on the beach, and of course, I see more seasonal employees with the lime green shirts in the summer. We need to revert back to the way things were prior to 2006.
