Over the Memorial Day weekend, we took our visitors to the beach bay in North Cape May, as we do every year. I must say things need to be patrolled there. Dogs running loose, going to the bathroom on the beach and owners not cleaning up. We saw people urinating in bushes. The big issues are the jet skiers speeding next to swimmers within 10 feet. This is an accident waiting to happen. One jet skier was so drunk he/she could barely walk to their jet ski. Maybe the police should look into this more before a swimmer gets injured. We need rules at the bay.
