I'm always surprised to see the volume of traffic on the smaller roads while the four lane highways in town seem empty. Here's an idea that's good for residents, pedestrians, bikers and the town alike: Make every intersection along Ocean, Atlantic, Seaview and Park Aves. a four-way stop. This will encourage motorists traveling North/South to use the larger four lane roads of Pacific and New Jersey Aves. It's safer for everyone and gives WCPD more opportunities to write $200 tickets to reckless drivers that run the stop signs.
