My husband called the Lower PD to ask when he could go there to talk with a fraud detective. He was told "anytime," so he went there after hanging up. He went through signing in, giving personal information, was told to have a seat and that someone would talk with him. He waited 30 minutes. No one showed up and the person behind the window disappeared, so he came back home again somewhat disgusted. How does one report suspected local fraud?
