Why won't the SIC police enforce traffic regulations on Pleasure Avenue? Bicycles are subject to same one way restrictions as cars. Police never seem to warn anyone and there are no signs reminding bicyclists about the law. Are the police waiting until there's an accident and people are injured? Seems to me that this would be a perfect situation for the SIC bicycle police to take charge of.
