Biking to Work and Del. was an interesting Herald story. I have been biking in the Lewes-Rehoboth area for many years. A great way to get exercise, and to enjoy the ride on the CMLF. The Junction & Breakwater bike and walking trail is fantastic on the Del. side. You can avoid dangerous Rt. 1 and you can enjoy the natural splendor from a bike. The trail is behind the outlets and easy to shop. The bike ride is eight miles one way, but it can be a great motivator to get in shape. Nice to see that the Herald is looking out for us folks in Cape May County without the pollution of politics.
