A tax increase here in Wildwood will drive me and my family out. This place already has a high tax rate. If the tax rate goes up, I will contact my mortgage company and tell them I will not pay my loan any more, and they can sell it on a short sale because I paid $240,000 in year 2000 and now my home was appraised at $179,900. Wildwood's property values are declining.
