I have a neighbor who hums and sings off key all the time. It is so annoying. Not only that, every time he/she walks out the door humming and singing, it sets all the dogs off in the neighborhood to barking. Please, people, why do you have to be so irritating? I am no dog, but, as a human, I feel for these dogs, for once.
