1974: Dem. Congressman Bill Hughes won in a landslide victory over then Rep. Congressman Chas. Sandman, who was a stanch supporter of the Watergate lies of Pres. Nixon. 1994: Rep. Cong. Frank LoBiondo wins the congressional seat when Bill Hughes retired. 1994 was a Republican landslide nationally for the U.S. Congress with the "contract for America." A clause in the contract was for term limitations. 20 years later, Frank LoBiondo is still in office. Could the "term limitation" promise be the present congressman's Watergate of 40 years ago? Could Hughes's son again take the second Cong. seat?
