We were glad to see the spout off from someone in their 70s not complaining about the ATVs. We are both in our seventies, and live in the Wincliffe section of South Dennis. I can't remember the last time I heard an ATV. We read of all the complaints of noise and disruption of property. We live very near the area in question, and have never once been disturbed.
