I don’t understand why the new rest rooms on the promenade are closed. The only open rooms are at either end of the prom -- 1.4 miles apart. The convention hall rest rooms are pretty useless since they close at 4 pm, don't open on weekends until 11 am and closed holidays and special events -- times when most people are here. The new ones are in the busiest part of the promenade and they were just constructed in the summer, only to be closed for six months. This makes no sense.
