As an Upper Twp resident, who lived in Sea Isle year round for 13 yrs, before moving here, I'm amazed the folks in Ocean City are against a hotel that will bring tourists to their town. A Boardwalk without tourists will not exist. Look at Sea Isle, look at Avalon. Not a very successful Boardwalk since limited tourist. Second homeowners that don't rent don't spend money on the boardwalk. Ocean City, this developer wants to bring people with money to your town to spend on the Boardwalk. I believe he knows better than you the number of parking spaces needed. He's been successful.
