The new Cape May library is lovely however how can a local public building be built without handicapped parking available onsite? And did anyone ever consider a few limited 10 - 15 minute parking spaces to allow those going to the library to drop off or pick up books on hold with a parking place? A proposed lot across the street that will only accommodate 11 cars will not serve the community. Was there ever a survey of the demographics of those who frequent the library throughout the year? It's a shame such a lovely facility cannot be easily accessed.
