VOTE NO for the Middle Township Referendum on September 17. This is only saving money for people who have kids in daycare. For everyone else, as a property owner, taxes will be up significantly every year. Yes, the school wants the money to improve, fix, better the kids - as much as I am for that, how about starting with improving salary and wages for all teachers, aides, and custodians instead of taking that grant money for a new Memorial Field turf? BUT If It does not pass, there will be layoffs? Make it make sense and allocate some of that money towards the staff you are already short on!
