We here in Cape May County pay pretty high tax rates, it's time to start demanding the little things that will improve our quality of life, start with "smart" traffic signals, way to many times traffic builds up for no reason except the light doesn't know there's cars waiting at the red light while there are no cars passing the green, you would think the environmentalists would be all over that one.
