Re spout about bicyclists having to abide by traffic laws. It’s true, by law they must. However most riders are clueless and or arrogant. Not only are they required to ride on correct side of the street, they’re not allowed on sidewalks and are prohibited from riding 2 and 3 abreast, as this “impedes the flow of traffic.” As with so much around here, enforcement is nearly nonexistent. The parking cops should pause their ticket writing (cash cow for the city) when they see these things and issue warnings.
