To the Sea Isle spouter that spouted “Sea Isle City why is there black bumpers on Pleasure Ave. the homeowners put in near their driveways! There are several so if someone falls or falls off their bike and gets hurt you the homeowners are responsible not the City! Just waiting for a mishap!”. I think that if these are on the owners property you are correct but if on the street it’s the city’s problem and they can be sued especially if they have been notified they are there. It will be a major lawsuit.
