Today, is my birthday. I am 58?! I was 38 when I was hired, by Greeks to be the 1st, consistant Bartender on the Boards. I do every shift. 20 years on the Boards blows my mind. I tried to pave the way to show that Bars on the Boards can work. Everyone of you bartender’s don’t know how hard it was for me for 12 years “The Red Parrot Lounge”, only bar. It was brutal. Someone should be thankful. Where’s my Statue? Where’s my brass plaque? I want to see banner planes. Champy Charles j. Thomas
