I recently traveled on Pacific Ave in the Crest. I love how there are edge lines creating a nice traffic calming 12 foot lane in both directions in the lower end. . The bike lane designation is also nice. My question is why didn’t or doesn't the Crest extend the 12 lane line north of Rambler? The distance is roughly 1/2 a mile. Back out opening for side streets and we are speaking of an edge line 3 /10 of a mile each side. Less then 4500 feet. There currently is a state contract for line striping. We are not talking a lot of money. Perhaps our commissioners can get this done by summer.
