Looking at the sales of homes looks like Sea Isle is slowing down on the prices of homes and it looks like Ocean City and Avalon are still hitting the millions. Maybe the county will not hit Sea Isle again for the 3rd year in a row with the highest tax increase. $2,000 increase over 2 years is enough.
