Electri vehicles have proven to be completely unreliable in colder tempatures. The batteries and the charging stations in the upper midwest have frozen over./ This doesn't mean I'm against cutting down on carbon emmissions, but we should be sensible about it. This shouldn't be rushed. It;s needs to be phased in and the bugs in the system must be worked out before we flip the switch.
