Stone Harbor - Why couldn't we have fireworks on Fourth of July? It is, of course, the day we celebrate America. I don't buy the rain date excuse. Can we please spend the extra money next year and have fireworks on the national holiday, so that everyone can enjoy this tradition with their family? We had enough money for the library, and always have enough for shiny new firetrucks.
