Cape May County - Re: a spouter telling people that if they aren't passing, to get out of the left lane, that happens all the time. But, realize when some people are trying to pass someone, they, unfortunately, have some people riding right up behind them, driving way too fast, and can't get back over to the right lane quick enough. The speed limit is 65 mph on the Parkway, not 90.
